JMI Broker
A brokerage platform spanning web, web app and mobile. I designed the information architecture and interface — from wireframes through to the sitemap, dashboard and mobile app — and built the website.
JMI Broker is a brokerage platform that needed a coherent product across three surfaces at once — marketing website, web dashboard and mobile app — for users who move between all three during a transaction.
Product Design
Brokerage products live or die on trust and clarity: users are making financial decisions, so any inconsistency between the website's promise and the dashboard's actual experience erodes confidence fast.
I started with wireframes and a sitemap to get the information architecture right before any visual design, then designed the dashboard and mobile app as one connected system, and built the marketing website to match — same language, same hierarchy, no surprises when a user moves from browser to app.
